Black Ops 2 Zombies: All Buildable Items in the Buried Map

In the highly popular Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, players must develop various strategies to survive. Buried (Gömülü), one of the most beloved maps of this mode, offers players a unique Western-themed experience. One of the most important features of the map is the presence of special buildable items that can be assembled using parts collected within the game. In addition to significantly increasing the chances of survival, these items also provide creative defense mechanisms against zombies. There are a total of four different buildable items, each with its own unique function.

The first of these items is a device called Turbine (Türbin), which generates electrical energy. This tool provides the power needed to operate traps and automated defense systems found in various locations on the map. The activation of traps during moments when massive zombie waves attack offers players a great tactical advantage. When placed in the correct position, the Turbine serves as a perfect support tool to secure an area. Additionally, since it allows certain systems to be operated even before turning on the main power switch, it can be a lifesaver in the early stages of the game.

Another important buildable item is a highly powerful defense tool called the Subsurface Resonator (Yüzeyaltı Rezonatörü). By creating an effect similar to the game's legendary weapon, the Thunder Gun (Yıldırım Silahı), this device violently throws approaching enemies backward. Thanks to its portability, players can place it at strategic points to use as a sort of static shield against sudden zombie attacks. During highly intense and challenging rounds, this device saves critical time for players to reload or change positions, making it one of the most useful inventions on the map. Highly effective in controlling enemies, this mechanism also facilitates coordination in team play.

The third buildable item found on the map is the Head Chopper (Kafa Doğrayıcı), which has a rather graphic and brutal function. As its name suggests, this mechanism literally blows off the heads of zombies that come near it. With both its intense destructive power and visually striking design, it has gained popularity among players as a fun tool for destruction. Since it instantly neutralizes enemies passing through the area where it is placed, it serves as a perfect trap in narrow corridors and doorways. However, because its range is limited, it must be carefully positioned in the zombies' path to be used most efficiently.

Finally, there is an invention called the Trample Steam (Çiğneyici Buhar), used both for saving oneself and repelling enemies. This flexible and spring-loaded mechanism has the ability to launch any entity that steps on it, whether a player or a zombie, over very long distances. Players can use this device like a trampoline to jump onto a high wall or an unreachable corner. On the other hand, it is also extremely effective for repelling approaching massive groups of zombies, hurling them off the map or toward other traps. Offering creative and entertaining game mechanics, this device stands out as one of the most enjoyable elements that define the dynamics of the Buried map.
