The 'Enclave Multicultural' program, covering fourteen municipalities in the northeast of Spain's Segovia province, is preparing to meet its audiences in its eighth year. This well-established cultural and art event, which will last throughout July and August, brings circus, magic, dance, music, puppet shows, and astronomical observations to rural areas. At this year's project presentation event, it was emphasized that culture is a vital tool for social cohesion, neighborhood participation, and rural development. Prominent figures such as Vice President of the Segovia Provincial Council José María Bravo, Mayor of Riaza Benjamín Cerezo, project coordinator Adolfo Casas, and President of Codinse Jesús López attended the ceremony, renewing their support for the project. Authorities stated that the summer months are an ideal time for such events because it is a period when the rural population increases and local festivals are held.

One of the main objectives of the project is to take cultural events out of city centers and bring them to the people in the more remote corners of the province. The initiative, implemented in collaboration with the Segovia Provincial Council and Codinse, aims to bring together a wide variety of cultural disciplines to appeal to audiences of different ages and backgrounds. President of Codinse Jesús López stated that culture is an inseparable part of life in rural areas and that projects like Enclave Multicultural gain their value because they are designed directly by the local people, not by central governments. López added that the social base should be the pioneer of such initiatives, and local governments should act as a bridge supporting this cultural identity. In this way, it becomes possible for many different municipalities located over a wide area to meet on common ground and strengthen regional ties.

It was noted that the rich program offered within the scope of the event is not limited to the summer months, and a network continuing throughout the year has been established. Project Coordinator Adolfo Casas announced that they are in continuous collaboration with municipalities, local associations, schools, and businesses in the region. In recent months, astronomy workshops and various intercultural events organized due to the solar eclipse that will take place on 12 August attracted great interest. Casas stated that their main challenges are keeping the audience loyal by ensuring that event dates do not clash and presenting quality shows that are most suitable for each village's budget and conditions. This long-term vision helps the region remain culturally vibrant not only in the summer months but all year round.

The official program of the eighth edition offers a wide range of 17 separate events to be held in 14 different locations. Many different disciplines, from contemporary circus arts to oral storytelling, from dance to magic, from puppets to traditional astronomical observations, will be staged. The series, starting on 11 July in Corral de Ayllón, will raise the curtain with a performance by diábolo and spinning stick master comedian Javi Javichy. Later, towns such as Riaza, Grajera, Fresno de Cantespino, and Ribota will sequentially host clowns, jugglers, and multidisciplinary artists, creating a visual feast. In addition, international performances such as ArvineDanza's flamenco and theater shows and Argentine artist Manu Mansila's puppet stories will be brought to the local people.

One of the most striking sections of the program consists of sky observations and the anticipated solar eclipse. The stargazing sessions, starting from the Becerril heritage in Sierra de Ayllón on 19 July, will be crowned with the solar eclipse on 12 August. President of Codinse Jesús López emphasized that this eclipse is a unique opportunity for the region, as the northeast of Segovia is one of the best places to observe this astronomical event. Vice President of the Segovia Provincial Council José María Bravo also noted that this natural event has provided significant momentum to the increase in tourist interest towards the region. On the final days of the festival, 19, 20, and 21 August, the town of Riaza will host magnificent closing shows combining circus, music, magic, and an intense sense of humor.
