Woman in Japonya Arrested for Allegedly Sewing Her Roommate's Lips Shut

In the city of Koga, located in Japonya's Ibaraki prefecture, a 49-year-old woman named Masae Sakurai was taken into custody for allegedly abusing her 42-year-old roommate by sewing her lips together.
