A comprehensive operation was carried out against an organized crime syndicate that has been active in the province for a long time and was determined to be involved in various serious crimes. It was determined that the suspects acted in a hierarchical order by establishing an organizational structure to commit crimes and thus obtained unjust gains. It was found that the members of the organization were involved in serious crimes such as aggravated robbery, loan sharking, and opposing a special law on weapons. Following these developments, a detailed and long-term investigation process was initiated regarding the issue. Within the scope of the investigation, all movements and communications of the suspects were meticulously monitored for a period of approximately three months.

After the sufficiency of the collected evidence and the clarification of the organizational structure, 26 Haziran was determined as the appropriate time for the operation. Police teams conducted simultaneous raids on many addresses in the early hours of the morning to neutralize the suspects at the same time. 9 individuals, who were the targets of the operation, were caught red-handed and taken to the security units for detention procedures. This simultaneous move, planned against the possibility of the suspects escaping or destroying evidence, was concluded with great success. Thus, all targets, from the high-level managers of the organization to its street-level executors, were captured in a single move.

Detailed search operations were carried out at the residences of the detained suspects and at other addresses thought to be connected to the organization. During these searches, very important findings revealing the criminal history and areas of activity of the organization were reached. In particular, a notebook in which the details of the crimes were recorded in detail was seized, providing important clues about the financial structure of the organization. Additionally, 8 mobile phones, which the suspects used to communicate with each other and the outside, were taken into examination. Other important findings seized within the scope of the operation included 13 pieces of 9x19 millimeter caliber ammunition as well as various amounts of checks and promissory notes.

After the completion of the detention processes at the police department, the suspects were referred to the judicial authorities within the framework of legal procedures. While the statements of the nine suspects were taken, the seized notebook, phones, weapons, and financial documents were also added to the investigation file as evidence. The suspects were brought before the judge at the duty court on 29 Haziran to be evaluated with a request for arrest. The court made several decisions, taking into consideration the weight of the collected evidence and the likelihood of the suspects posing a flight risk in the crimes. The prosecution requested the arrest of the individuals in the position of organization leaders and the main perpetrators of the incident so that they would receive stronger punishments.

As a result of the evaluations made by the court, it was decided that seven of the nine suspects would be about arrested and sent to prison. Given that these seven people were part of the core structure of the organization and the scale of the crimes committed, it was deemed necessary for them to remain in custody. Regarding the remaining two suspects, a judicial control condition was decided upon by evaluating their evidence status and personal contexts. These two suspects were released by being subjected to control mechanisms such as a foreign travel ban and regular signature. Thus, the dismantling of this organized crime syndicate, which threatened the peace in the province and victimized citizens with various crimes, was achieved. It was noted that following the operation, a strong message was also sent to other crime syndicates in the province and that similar operations would continue.
