Five workers lost their lives in an armed attack on a shop located in the Mashkel area of the Washuk district in Pakistan's Belucistan province. According to information obtained from police officials, the workers who were killed in the incident, where shots were fired by unidentified individuals, had come to the region from another province to work.

Security sources suggested that the attack was carried out by militants belonging to the Fitna el-Hindustan organization. The names of the deceased were announced as Mohammad Bilal, Mohammad Hussain, Muhammad Qadeer, Mohsin, and Bilal. Following the incident, the area was cordoned off by security forces, and a comprehensive search operation was launched to apprehend the attackers.

Belucistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti strongly condemned the attack targeting unarmed workers. Stating that terrorists have once again demonstrated their malicious intent by targeting innocent workers, Bugti emphasized that those who challenge the authority of the state will now be responded to with greater determination.

This incident occurred at a time when security operations are continuing uninterruptedly across Belucistan. As part of these operations, officials announced that dozens of India-backed militants have been killed. Counter-terrorism efforts in the region are continuing without slowing down following the attack on the Mangi Dam police station in Ziarat and the Shaban Operation, which is jointly conducted by the Pakistan Army, the Frontier Corps, and the Belucistan Police.
