Steven Spielberg, in the message he published, stated that he took great pleasure in working with Sam Neill in the Jurassic Park films. The famous director praised the actor's collaborative approach on set and his fatherly qualities, noting that Neill's brilliant performances in his previous projects, before bringing the character Dr. Alan Grant to life, had caught his attention.
