On 9 Temmuz, Traffic Lights Will Not Work at the Poyarkova-Dzerjinskiy Intersection in Yakutsk

Emergency and unavoidable electrical maintenance work will be carried out by Central Electrical Grids specialists in Yakutsk, the capital city of the Sakha Republic in Rusya.
