Donation by Olympic champion Quan Hongchan's brother to China flood disaster becomes subject of criticism on social media

Heavy rains and ensuing floods hitting China's Guangxi province have caused massive destruction.

Quan Jinhua, the brother of Olympic champion diver Quan Hongchan, donated 30,000 Yuan (approximately 14,000 Taiwan Dollars) to support the disaster area.
