Students from Hasanuddin University (Unhas) in Indonesia have launched a community service program aimed at assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Pangkajene region with digitalization. As part of the comprehensive support project, branding and online marketing strategies are being developed for local businesses.

The student team conducted a comprehensive field observation to analyze the current situation of businesses in the region. In line with the field study and needs assessment, 8 key work programs were prepared to facilitate the SMEs' entry into the digital world. Through these programs, the digital brand awareness of businesses is increased, and a foundation is laid for them to sell their products over the internet.
