US-Iran Military Tension Escalating in Iran and Iraq: Drone Attack on Consulate in Erbil Thwarted

Military tension in the Middle East has escalated to a dangerous level in the last 24 hours. In the city of Erbil, Iraq, three explosive-laden suicide drones targeting the US consulate area were shot down from the air. According to a statement by Kurdish security forces in the region, American air defense systems deployed around the consulate complex and the international airport neutralized the threat in a timely manner.
