Samsung and LG's Semiconductor Chip Production is Increasing

Samsung and LG are experiencing a significant increase in semiconductor chip production. The average capacity utilization rate of the companies' production lines has exceeded 90%. This increase is a result of the aggressive investments in artificial intelligence infrastructure by global technology giants.

Samsung and LG are trying to increase their production capacities in response to this increase. Samsung is increasing its FC-BGA (Flip-Chip Ball Grid Array) production, while LG is showing strong performance in the areas of FC-CSP (Flip-Chip Chip Scale Package) and RF-SiP (Radio Frequency-System in Package).

The companies believe that this trend will continue in the medium and long term. Therefore, they are actively working to increase their production capacities.
