Photographer Delican from Sivas achieves international success

Ahper Nuri Delican, a photographer from Sivas, achieved significant success in the International 'Güler Ertan' Photography Competition organized by the Büyükçekmece Municipality and the Büyükçekmece Photography Association (BÜFOD). The competition saw participation from 687 photographers from 43 countries, with a total of 2,469 photographs submitted.
