Peru Court Reinstates Oversight Over Chinese Cosco's Mega Port Project

A court in Peru has made a critical decision regarding the Chancay mega port, built by Chinese state-owned Cosco Shipping Ports. The court voted to overturn a decision taken in January, which had allowed the port to be exempt from certain government controls.
