Car and tractor collide in Kastamonu's Taşköprü district: 1 dead, 1 injured

In a traffic accident caused by a collision between a car and a tractor in Kastamonu's Taşköprü district, 1 person lost their life and 1 person was injured. The accident occurred in the Kornapa köyü area on the Kastamonu-Sinop highway.

While the car driver İsmail Yıldırım lost his life at the scene of the accident, the tractor driver Emirhan K. was injured. Following a report made to the 112 Emergency Call Center, health, gendarmerie, police, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the area.

The injured tractor driver, who received first aid at the scene, was taken to Taşköprü Devlet Hastanesi to receive medical treatment. The body of Yıldırım, who lost his life, was taken to the morgue after the examinations. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident.
